The staff was excellent and hospitable and my stay was really enjoyable, would absolutely stay here again. The location was amazing and incredible: a local supermarket and local supermarkets were within walking distance.

The hotel is super quaint with amazing views of the falls and the hills. Had a lovely time sitting by the fire in the bar area and breakfast was just perfect. The staff were all so friendly. And omg, the room was so cozy with thick duvets and comfy seating. Perfect for a quick getaway!

The shower setup was kinda awkward with no curtain and not much space. The parking filled up fast during the busy hours.

The plumbing in the Falls View Double Room required maintenance. The tap had a constant leak that was quite annoying. Showering became a challenge due to the handheld shower attachment's difficulty in achieving the right temperature, and the overall bathroom layout felt cramped. Breakfast options were limited to just a full Scottish, scrambled eggs, or porridge, lacking more varied items like fresh fruit or yogurt.

Dining at The Falls was an adventure! The mushroom risotto was a delight, and the haggis bonbons? Pure magic! Had a cozy time in the bar area with a pint while soaking in the fine views of the falls. The food in the bar and coffee shop was spot on too!

Staying in the Falls View Double Room was an absolute delight with amazing views of the roaring Falls of Dochart right outside my window! The staff treated us like family, showering us with warm smiles and genuine hospitality. And let me just say, the creamy porridge with berries at breakfast was pure heaven-definitely a must-try ❤️

The hotel boasts charming views and friendly staff. The steep stairs posed a challenge for those with mobility issues, and our shower was a bit tricky to use. Cleanliness could be improved, but overall, it was a lovely spot to unwind.

A good experience with friendly service and fantastic food options. The bar offered a cozy atmosphere with great Scottish music. Though the room was a bit snug, the amazing views of the falls made it worthwhile. I recommend arriving early for a good spot in the bar!
